Ah the best show ever!

Well so far.. this has been the all-time best show I have done. I mean I learned so much from this show because it was such a challenge. I think its time to go for something harder like this, every year it seems that we get less and less technical stuff and challenging stuff to more.. easy and very simple musical patterns.

i think you are right thomas this years show is really easy but i think what makes it so hard is that NOBODY listens, no one does there job, and the section leaders get NO respect!!! unless things chang the year is just gona go down hill from here! look what happened this weekend every one was fooling around and and we got a kick in the face! unless people realize these thing its gona keep happening!!!

Some leaders need to realize that they need to set the example.(I dont mean you james) Everyone follows the examples that are set for us. But thats my opinion.

Its not that the Music is getting eaiser, its your getting better. I find it uncanny the remarks i read here. Does anyone know what a hypocrite is?

Case in point is that people seem to know how to fix the problem, but they just refuse to take the steps themselves towards a sucessfull leadership staff.

I dont know what else to say or do to make you all realize that.
