i wish it was twice as many bands .... or three times as many, then you would be talking about competition. this is kind of a band get together

Lol, maybe one day we will have a stadium large enough so we can have that many! That would be so cool!

Make sure you all do good at this event too. Even though you are not compeating in it, it is your competition and you got to show them who is boss! Let's not make it a repeate of last year.

We need to get bigger stands at our school... I really don't like Venice High Confused

It was kind of unorganized but it came all together in the end.

Also I heard that you guys were being kinda rude in the stands after I escorted you all there... I dunno what that was about.

Anyways, I had fun. I doubt I'll be able to walk tomorrow though...

i think we should do it again next year. then we'll have a better feel for it and it will be totaly awsome!

Yeah i heard about the thing in the stands too, i dont know what happened
cuz the whole time i was out of the stands with a few other people. What
happened? We need to start acting like were mature and that we are
a Drum Corps.

Don't look at getting ten more points as something easy to do. Its not. Its very, very hard.

Especially hard since different judges are always judging you. Could that extra 3.4 points have come from just differnt judge point of view flucuation? You never know.

I'm not saying either that you all didn't impove, because you are. And I'm glad of it. But its still going to take an unbelievable amount of hard work to pull it off.

So yeah, keep on pushing and good luck. I will see you all again later. AND YOU BETTER BE BETTER! MWHA HA HAA!

Michael, plain and simply.. We needed more staff in the stands. I was on the guest side with sarasota and it was a little.. Hectic you might say. I turned around for just a few seconds to tell one of the kids to sit down after telling the band director and the kids that they couldn't come into the stands yet. When I turned around, he was ushering kids into and out of the stands.

Jim, you really couldn't have expected them not to talk, be curteous with it, sure, but not total quiet. The noises were a bit rude though... some of the sarasotsa kids were doing that.
